Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The parking lot security is 24-hour, providing peace of mind, and the staff was responsive. Plus, the breakfast was fresh and convenient, ideal for long-term stays.

Unfortunately, I encountered dirty dishes left in my room and issues with room keys, which disrupted my stay. Furthermore, breakfast options were often limited, leading to disappointment.

Comfortable suite, convenient amenities, with a great breakfast in the morning and a well-equipped kitchen area that made our stay enjoyable. The parking lot patrol ensured our vehicle was safe during our two-night stay just 11 km from the nearest airport.

The kitchenette was a lifesaver, we made some meals instead of eating out every time. The kids loved the outdoor pool, we spent hours just swimming and laughing.

Our stay was awesome! We loved the studio suite, especially the kitchen area. We explored Grand Lake Theater and enjoyed a day at the nearby park, both just a short drive away. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to fill up before a day of fun.

I did encounter a minor issue with housekeeping since I wasn't informed to request it during our stay. It didn't ruin our trip though.

The pool was MIA, not ready for a swim—guess they can't rush those inspections! And don’t get me started on the laundry situation. it felt like a game of hide and seek with the detergent.

The swimming pool was amazing for relaxation! The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, a nice stay overall! 😊
